What’s Covered

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Defects in the grow light, camera, or other product components
• Issues that occur during normal use within the first 12 months from the date of purchase

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic damage
• Damage caused by improper power supply, water exposure, or use outside the product’s intended purpose
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or secondhand marketplaces

How to Make a Warranty Claim

We’ve made it easy to get the support you need.

Option 1:
Fill out the warranty request form directly on this page. Please provide your order number, contact information, and a brief description of the issue.

Option 2:
Email our support team at admin@bloomailabs.com with:

• Your original order number or proof of purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos or videos of the product issue, if applicable

Our customer service team will review your request and work with you to find the best solution, which may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Replacement products or parts do not restart or extend the original warranty period.

Shipping for Warranty

For approved warranty claims:

• We’ll cover reasonable costs for repair or replacement parts
• We may cover standard shipping costs for replacement products within the United States

Shipping coverage may vary depending on the nature of the claim.
