Returns
We accept returns on most unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged
- The product should include all original accessories and packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt
Please note: Products that have been used, damaged, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable
- If your product arrives defective or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement
Exchanges
Need a replacement or a different product? Contact us at admin@bloomailabs.com, and we’ll be happy to help with an exchange, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective product, damage upon arrival, or an error on our part, we’ll provide a prepaid return label
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at admin@bloomailabs.com with:
- Your order number
- The product you’d like to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos or videos, if the product is damaged or defective
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions and next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products
- Products without essential accessories or components
- Final sale or clearance items
